Cultivating a culture of belonging
At Thanet we have a team of people who support individual needs of all our children. At the heart of our Thanet ethos is a commitment to ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging. This is driven by our dedicated Inclusion Team. This team of staff proactively champion early identification, meaningful curriculum adaptations, and robust support for disadvantaged learners, pupils with SEND, and those facing unique barriers to wellbeing.
By working as a collaborative anchor between families, classroom teachers, and external specialists, our Inclusion Team ensures that high-quality, adaptive provision is in place to help pupils achieve their full potential.
